Why RELIABL.IT

Point AI at your goals, and it shows up in the numbers that matter.

AI tools make chores faster, like emails, summaries and meeting notes. RELIABL.IT starts from what your company wants to achieve: more growth, a better margin, a new market. It turns that into one action plan for your people and AI agents.

It is software your team runs, and it keeps the strategy and the action plan current, continuously. When your direction changes, the work of your people and AI agents changes with it.

What makes it different

RELIABL.IT starts from your goals, and the work keeps up when they change.

  1. 01

It starts from your goals and the numbers that matter.

In the example company on the Platform page, one goal is more revenue outside the home region, 8% of the total in H1 2026. One action serves it, with 13 tasks aligned to the agreed strategy: 7 for people and 6 for AI agents.

    The common approach

AI tools go where work is easy to automate, like emails, summaries and meeting notes. People save real time. The numbers the company is measured on rarely move.

    With RELIABL.IT

The work starts from what the company wants to achieve. Every action and task traces to a line of the agreed strategy and has its own measure. AI agents get the tasks that serve your goals.

In McKinsey's 2026 survey, only about 6% of respondents say AI moved their EBIT by 5% or more. 80% say it made them more productive.

  2. 02

It is software your team runs. Nobody bills you by the hour.

Your first action plan comes back within minutes of the first upload. Nobody has to learn your business first.

    The common approach

Consultants and agencies bring expertise and extra hands. They sell time and materials, so every workshop, every revision and every change adds days to the invoice.

    With RELIABL.IT

You subscribe to the platform, and your team runs it, with onboarding and support included. Updates and changes are part of the subscription, so nobody counts hours.

  3. 03

It keeps the strategy and the action plan current, continuously.

Alignment runs every time you add context. Market research runs on the schedule you set.

See signal monitoring on the platform

    The common approach

The annual plan gives everyone one direction, and the board understands it. It is set once a year and reviewed each quarter. Between the reviews the market moves, and the plan stays as it was written.

    With RELIABL.IT

Every time you add context, like a new report or a changed document, RELIABL.IT realigns the strategy, the actions and the tasks. It also researches the market on the schedule you set. Every change comes as a proposal with its reason.

You decide. Every recommendation comes with its reason, and nothing changes until a person approves it.

  4. 04

When your direction changes, the action plan changes at once, for people and AI agents.

See a real alignment on the platform

Agents built by an outside agency

An agency builds what you specify, and builds it well. But if someone else builds your agents, someone else has to change them every time your business changes.

Each change is a new request with its own price. Until it is done, the agents keep working to the old brief.

    With RELIABL.IT

Your leadership team approves the new direction. RELIABL.IT rewrites the affected actions and tasks, and the instructions for the affected AI agents change at once.

It is part of the subscription.

Gartner predicts 70% of enterprises will abandon agentic AI built by vendor engineers by 2028. Its reasons: the cost, and that they cannot evolve it on their own.

RELIABL.IT gets your agents running fast, and keeps them up to date every time your action plan changes.

Common approaches

Six ways companies try to get results from AI, and where each one stops.

Each one does something well, and each one stops somewhere between your goals and the work.

AI tools for everyone

ChatGPT or Copilot licences for each person, and an enthusiast who builds a few helpers.

Good at

People get faster at their own work, and the company learns what the tools can do.

Where it stops

Nothing points the work at the company's goals, so nobody can say what moved.

Small pilots, step by step

A few safe pilots, each judged on its own, with a plan to consolidate later.

Good at

Control and learning before scale. In a regulated company it is the responsible first move.

Where it stops

Each pilot is picked because it is safe and easy. Its result is real, and too small to show in the numbers.

Hire someone who knows AI

A head of AI or a data scientist, hired to own the topic.

Good at

A permanent owner for AI inside the company.

Where it stops

Months to hire, then months to learn the business. One person cannot change how a whole company works.

Consultants and outside builders

AI workshops, consultants, an agency, or a vendor's engineers who build the agents on site.

Good at

Expertise and extra hands, and someone outside to hold accountable.

Where it stops

Months before anything changes. When priorities change, the agents need the builders again, at a new price.

Get the data ready first

Clean the data and connect the systems, then start on AI.

Good at

The foundations some AI agents need.

Where it stops

Months or years before anything in the business changes.

The annual plan and its tools

An offsite, a strategy deck, a cascade, and an OKR tool to track it.

Good at

It is how companies are run. OKR tools bring real tracking and discipline.

Where it stops

The plan takes months to reach the work, and the tools track a plan a person still writes. By the time agents are built, the plan has moved.

RELIABL.IT keeps the good parts: your people's AI use, small steps and control. It adds the action plan that turns them into results.

The questions this page usually raises.

Is RELIABL.IT software or a consulting service?

Software. You subscribe to the platform, and your own team runs it. Onboarding and support are included, and nobody bills you by the hour.

If you want extra hands for a first initiative, a partner or RELIABL.IT can help, priced separately.

Why can we not do this in ChatGPT or Claude ourselves?

You can, and for one task you should.

Done by hand, the work comes out a little differently every time. Repeatable work across departments needs a structure that nobody holds in their head. It sets what runs first, who owns what, and what each AI agent may touch. If you build that structure yourself, you own software that you now have to maintain.

Why not hire an AI development agency?

If you can specify exactly what to build, and the brief will hold, an agency builds it well.

The question is who changes the agents when your direction changes. If someone else builds your agents, someone else has to change them every time your business changes. With RELIABL.IT, the instructions for the affected agents change at once, after a person approves the change.

Why not build it internally?

Your team knows the work better than any outsider, and what they learn stays in the company. That is a real advantage.

What usually goes missing is the structure across departments. It sets what runs first, who owns what and what each AI agent may touch, and it changes all of that when the action plan changes. Build that yourself and you own software you now have to maintain.

We already use an OKR or goal-tracking tool. How does this relate?

OKR and project tools track the work once an action plan exists. RELIABL.IT builds the action plan from your strategy, keeps it current when things change, and exports the tasks to the tools your teams already use.

The two work together more often than they compete.

Do we need a new company strategy before starting?

No. RELIABL.IT starts from what you already have: a finished strategy, a strategy in progress, or only memos, the annual report and QBR decks.

The gaps analysis shows what is missing, with the question that closes each gap. You end up with one strategy that has AI in it, and one action plan for the whole company.

See it on your own company.
